🔥 Sales Representative – Fire & Life Safety Systems

📷 In-Person | NYC / Long Island Territory
📷 Base Salary + Commission | Full-Time

Tikva Fire & Security is growing fast — and we’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales Representative to help expand our footprint across New York and Long Island. We sell fire alarm installations, service contracts, maintenance inspections, and retrofit upgrades — and we’re looking for someone who knows how to connect with property managers, facility directors, schools, developers, and more.

📷 Why Tikva Fire & Security?

We’re not just another fire protection company. Tikva is built on trust, integrity, and care — for our clients, our employees, and the communities we protect.

  • We treat customers like family, solving problems as if their buildings were our own.

  • We prioritize code compliance, long-term reliability, and doing the right thing — even when it costs us more.

  • We build real relationships, not just one-off sales.

  • We’re building something bigger — with a vision to become the gold standard in fire protection across the region.

If you’re tired of cutting corners or pushing price over value, and want to sell a service you’re proud of, this is where you belong.

📷 Your Mission
Bring in new installation projects and long-term service accounts by building trust, solving real problems, and showing customers what dependable, code-compliant fire protection really looks like.
📷 What You’ll Be Doing
  • Build relationships with property managers, facility operators, developers, and other decision-makers

  • Identify prospects and actively pursue leads (cold outreach + networking)

  • Understand local fire code and communicate solutions confidently (training provided)

  • Create proposals, close deals, and follow through until handoff

  • Track your KPIs: new installs sold, new service contracts signed

📷 You’ll Thrive Here If You...
  • Are excellent at building trust and maintaining long-term relationships

  • Have experience in construction, fire protection, or facility services (or can learn fast)

  • Know how to sell without being pushy — you listen first, then deliver solutions

  • Are organized, persistent, and thrive in a fast-paced, in-person role

  • Want to be part of a company where quality, reliability, and ethics matter

📷 Compensation & Perks
  • Base Salary + Commission (uncapped earning potential)

  • Ongoing support, product training, and guidance from leadership

  • Clear KPIs, transparency, and room for advancement
